Salad bar is great! The grilled shrimp had great flavor! Soda seemed flat, probably just needed changed out. Waitress did a good job.
This is a great place to get a steak. The salad bar is one of the best I've ever had. So many great testing salads to eat and great homemade garlic croutons. If it's not a steak you want the salmon is great and they even have frog-legs. The atmosphere is a cozy rustic look!
Have not visited in many years; Atmosphere and service are stellar. The food was great. Loved the apps! Portobello mushrooms and giant cheese sticks. Drinks are generous. Vibrant and fun atmosphere. Great visit
This cozy little place always gets 5....that's right...5 stars (from me)! So many places around the lake; we'll; stink! But (not) The Steak Inn. The steaks have a loss of smoke, that taste wonderful. And that little crazy salad bar...gosh so I like it. Homemade dressings and croutons. And an onion salad....has celery seed to set it off...I just love the cold salad dishes. My only knock on the place: They need to have real bacon bits on the salad bar - (not) those Baco Bacon but crapper things. But other than that..... I suggest you hit this place up - and enjoy the dining at this place....
We stopped in on a Sunday evening and even though it was quite busy we were seated almost immediately. The staff was really hustling to serve everyone efficiently and I give them a thumbs up for succeeding. The salad bar was plentiful and fresh. Our dinner was very good and we enjoyed the enclosed patio seating. We will certainly be back to try more of the menu. RECOMMENDED
